Fresh Harvest Products – Walgreens Deal, Possible Gain

Keeping an eye out for penny stocks looking to heat up, we noticed Fresh Harvest Products (OTC BB: FRHV.OB). There’s been a Wal-mart deal, more on that in a minute, and volume may be heating up.

The stock closed at .0510 today and was trading between .04320 and .06 during the day. With a gain of 21.43% on the day, could this penny stock be poised to reach its 52-week high of .33 again? That would be an almost 700% profit climb.

Volume today was sitting around 10.5 million shares.

There’s been a lot of movement with their Wings of Nature Bars lately. The company reported that CVS was going to carry their bars. The next day, they reported that 27 stores in Florida would be carrying the product.

Finally, Fresh Harvest Products said that their bars are going to be in 260 more Walgreens in West Florida, North Florida and Southern Georgia. Walgreens is making a solid commitment to the product.

“We are very excited that Walgreens has expanded our distribution to include all of the West Florida, North Florida and Southern Georgia stores,” said Michael J. Friedman, Fresh Harvest’s CEO.

Now that they are connected with major chains, could their product spread throughout the nation? What about Wal-mart?
